Technical Features:
The mobile substation functions as a compact, modernized substation that integrates transformers, primary and secondary protection, and control equipment to meet user-defined power conversion requirements. Due to its specific application, the mobile substation is designed to be structurally compact, small in size, lightweight, vibration-resistant, and suitable for transportation by vehicle. It can be flexibly deployed for emergency power supply, maintenance power supply, temporary power needs, and construction site power applications. A key advantage of the mobile substation is its ability to be quickly transported to the installation site and rapidly put into operation.
Structural Features:
The mobile substation is housed on two trailers. The first trailer is equipped with the primary protection devices of the transformer, arranged from left to right: an isolating switch, lightning arrester, combined current and voltage transformer, and circuit breaker. All components are securely mounted on the trailer and interconnected via cables or copper busbars. The second trailer carries the main transformer and its cooling system, an auxiliary transformer, cable reels, and secondary protection, control, and metering instruments.
Application Features:
Thanks to its rapid mobility and quick commissioning, the mobile substation serves as an effective backup for multiple substations within the same region. It can be operational on sites with a slope of no more than 5 degrees. Mounted on trailers, it can be towed by a tractor to any required location. The mobile substation remains stable even when tilted up to 20 degrees, allowing operation on uneven terrain, and can travel at speeds exceeding 60 km/h on well-paved roads. Its use helps reduce maintenance costs, minimize the need for backup transformer equipment, and shorten substation maintenance downtime. As a temporary capacity expansion solution, it lowers capital investment and reduces resource waste. With its compact size, lightweight design, and excellent shock resistance, the mobile substation offers a transportable, fully equipped, flexible, and reliable power supply model.

From 2009 to 2020, the company supplied mobile substations to various enterprises, including the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC), Beijing Cree Distribution Automation Co., Ltd., and China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (for projects in Ethiopia).
