Description

Automatic Parallel Operation Panel (ZDK-108) Parallel operation panels(synchronizing panels) are available in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic types. The fully automatic parallel operation panel uses genuine imported synchronization and power sharing modules from the UK or USA. The fully automatic panel features multiple functions including automatic generator start-up, automatic synchronization, automatic paralleling, automatic proportional allocation of active power, automatic adding/removing of standby units, and generator fault display and protection. The parallel panel also possesses grid connection functionality (with four grid connection methods). Through an ATS transfer system, it forms an automatic switching, automatic paralleling and separation dual-power supply fully automatic network. The fully automatic parallel panel can also be equipped with data acquisition and communication functions as per user requirements.

 

Control Functions of ZDK-108 (Using Two Units as an Example)

 

  • Each unit has the capability for automatic synchronization and automatic paralleling.
  • When one unit is supplying power, if the load approaches 80% (adjustable) of the rated capacity, it automatically issues an "Add Unit" command. The standby unit automatically starts, automatically synchronizes, and then automatically parallels, sharing the active load equally with a power sharing deviation not exceeding ±10%.
  • When one unit is supplying power, if a unit fails, the system will automatically disconnect the faulty unit and issue an "Add Unit" command. The standby unit automatically starts and automatically closes its breaker to supply power.
  • When two units are online, if the total load drops below 20% (adjustable), the system will issue a "Reduce Unit" signal. The selected unit to be removed will unload, disconnect after decoupling, and undergo a cool-down period before automatically shutting down.
  • Manual/Automatic selection function.
  • Provides protection against short circuit, overload, high/low voltage, and reverse power for the units.
  • Includes fully automatic control signal acquisition and communication functions (user optional).
